五目焼きそば

中華料理というか麺類というか、で僕が一番好きともいえるのが「五目焼きそば」です。Wikiをチェックすると「日本では、生麺を蒸して油で炒めたものに、豚肉、海老、人参・筍・椎茸などの野菜を餡(あん)かけにした具をかけたものが五目焼そばとして有名」…なるほど。

で、最近お気に入りの画像にある「五目焼きそば」は、『中華料理 彩鳳(サイホウ、飯田市伝馬町1-43、TEL:0265-24-8575、営業時間:昼12:00-13:30、夜17:30-23:00、定休日:火曜)』さんのものです。やはり、生麺を中華鍋で両面をこんがりさせた(両面黄:リャンミェン・ホアン)上に、餡をかけたタイプでないと納得できないんですよね(^^ゞ
