食あれば楽あり「焼きとん」

「5串セット」を熱燗と 「焼き鳥」という看板や暖簾（のれん）を掲げている居酒屋でも、串焼きは豚であることが少なくない。我が輩は鶏肉よりはむしろ豚肉の方を好むので、そういう店ではしめしめと思って、美味しく賞味している。最近は「焼きとん」や「串豚」などと、最初から豚肉使用を明記している店も多い。 （以下、略）
